Tasting Note:

This wonderful champagne is an armonious assemblage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which gives it a pale yellow with shades of green. The palate is complex with great depth and a high concentration of candied fruit, ginger bread and vanilla flavours.
